- Espresso coffee

- Brew a pot of expresso coffee.
- While the coffee is brewing scoop gelato into round ball, place on a tray and put in freezer.
- When the coffee is ready – add a scoop of ice cream to several coffee cups; place a biscotti in each cup so it stands up.
- Pour the expresso into shot glasses to serve with the gelato.
- When ready to serve, have your guests pour the shot of espresso over the ice cream and enjoy
