- 8 Cucumbers
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Bunch Fresh Dill
- 3 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Cups Water
- ¼ cup Salt
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 6 Pint Mason Jars with lids and rings
- Add vinegar, water, sugar & salt in sauce pot. Heat liquid till sugar & slat is dissolved.
- Slice onion & cucumbers into ¼ inch slices. Layer cucumbers, onion and dill sprigs in mason jars.
- Cover with warm vinegar brine. Lid and ring jars.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
